Meet the Staff – Barbara Ann Klein I'm Barbara Ann Klein, based in New York City.  My major was English, but I later turned to a banking career and, since retirement, now make my living as an advisor in International Financial Supervision. While my interest in sumo began back in 1986, I started following the sport closely just before my first live Tokyo basho attendance in 1997.  Now I spend 15 weeks each year at 5 of the 6 annual basho and try to attend at least 13 asageiko sessions in May and September, plus some in Osaka and Nagoya.  Am I addicted?  You betcha!
