dentro de los komusubi. Sin embargo, definitivamente va a estar con los
grandes y por fin tendrá su opción de enfrentarse al
yokozuna. Homasho ha estado en makuuchi por un año ya, y parece
que de a poco va

Partió como M11, cayó al M14 y ha estado de vuelta en M11
por dos basho, subir a M4, bajar a M5, y ahora ¿quién
sabe? Él fue subido junto a Baruto quién se paseo por el
banzuke para luego pisar suelo, mientras que Homasho silenciosa y
respetuosamente acumulaba resultados y sansho. Hasta ahora no ha
enfrentado mas de dos Ozeki en el mismo basho, y por eso será
interesante con el set completo de ozeki (asumiendo que hay un set
completo) más Asashoryu.
Tochiozan
Después
de un corto periodo de tres basho en juryo, el veinteañero
Tochiozan logró 11-4 como M14 en su primer basho de makuushi, y
debería lograr una muy buena promoción en el Natsu basho.
¿Será este uno de esos basho donde se rompen expectativas
o conseguirá seguir subiendo en el banzuke?

Tochiozan perdió con Shimotori y Tokitsuumi en los primeros días pero

logró
mejorar a medida que el basho avanzaba hasta que fue detenido por Roho
en el 13er día, y luego por Kotomitsuki. No tubo ningún
problema para destrozar a los rikishi con ranking mas bajo, pero la
pregunta es si logrará mantener su nivel frente a sekitoris com
mas experiencia.
Hoshihikari
Desde
su lesión, Hoshihikari ha vuelto mas fuerte y pesado y con mas
sustancia también, demostrándolo con impresionantes
resultados en los ultimo bashos, logrando el título de makushita
frente a Matsutani. El título ha sido un gran

y la audiencia lo aplaudió antes de la lucha, pero cuando paso
por el “hanamichi” nadie se movió o hizo un sonido, nada. Con
miras al natsu, Hoshihikari debería estar en la parte algo de
makushita, y si su forma continua, deberíamos verlo con un muy
buen “o-icho-mage” también!
